As a HCAS member, you receive a year's worth of service for an affordable one-time fee of $65 (that's just $5.41 per month)! But more importantly, you get service you can count on, when you and your loved ones need it most, and who can put a price on that?
HCAS Membership
A HCAS membership is a membership program that offers valuable benefits for patients who have Medicare, and private insurance. For covered services, the amount paid will be accepted as payment in full. If no benefits are available, members will receive a 40% discount off the normal fees. Non-members will are billed for 100% of the charges each time the ambulance is used.

CareLink allows anyone living at home to quickly and reliably summon help at the touch of a button 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Our support center is trained to quickly and accurately determine what level of assistance is needed and to ensure that help gets there as quickly as possible. A very simple enrollment form is all that's needed to get the service started. You can choose between our popular 7100 series unit, which offers crystal clear and reliable 2-way voice or our 8100 series unit, which also includes the ability to add daily reminder messages.
CareVital is a complete in-home vital sign monitoring system designed to measure and report important health information to your Physician or health team.
COST SAVINGS - Not only are the services affordable, they can translate into significant reductions in health-related expenses. By keeping doctors and caregivers informed, maintaining optimum health, and providing appropriate and timely interventions these services can help reduce, delay or even eliminate the need for institutional care, not to mention the significant expenses associated with it. $50.00 activation fee and $35.00 month monitoring fee.
